David Junceau has been restoring antique and classic cars since 1984. In 2010 he established PAR Excellence Classics LLC in Carson City, Nevada. His fascination with mechanics began as a youngster growing up in upstate New York where he restored an AC Ruddspeed (forerunner to the Cobra) for himself and soon found people knocking on his door asking to buy it.

Our 3800 square foot work shop has indoor storage for all restoration projects, body and paint, mechanical, electrical and upholstery services and is the only business in the immediate area offering this complete level of restoration. The level of expertise offered has brought clients in from California's Bay Area as well as other states in the U.S.

We have an extra level of expertise in dealing with Packard automobiles, having restored about a dozen of these vehicles ranging from 1928 to mid-1950's models.

Our staff is professional, friendly and very meticulous about their work. Auto restoration is 90% drudge work and 10% pleasure but we enjoy it ALL from start to finish, and we treat your vehicle as if it were one of our own.
